This recently published blog post by Tuts+ is extremely detailed and walks through the process step by step, including images of the Photoshop actions, directions that are easy to follow, and a great photo example to compare your own work with. You should also check out the comments by the readers as they feature many of the readers own work they’ve done using the tutorial.
